Only criticism is we were not aware the property was served check in and we were travelling and did not have access to the internet. I think it would be good to let people know upon booking that entry details to the accomodation will be sent the day before expected arrival by email and you can organise access to internet for details.

A nice and cosy place to stay. The room is not big but clean and comfortable. As we knew there is no elevator, we pack our stuff in an overnight bag so we have no problem carrying it to the room upstairs. It's very near the Busselton Jetty so we could have a nice stroll along the Jetty during sunset and wow it was beautiful!! Breakfast was pretty basic but good enough. We really enjoyed the stay :-)

Confused on how to open the front door, but quickly solved by customer service. Overall a very nice place to stay, close to jetty, good breakfast.

We stayed two nights and found the room comfortable and spacious. Very good value for money since it included a complimentary, albeit simple, breakfast.
